The following are the regulations regarding the types of officials recruited to work in the People's Procuracy sector in Vietnam.

According to Article 4 of the Regulation issued with Decision 401/QD-VKSTC in 2021, the types of officials recruited to work in the Procuracy sector in Vietnam are as folᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚlows:
- Based on the appointed⛄ ranks, officials i𒀰n the Procuracy sector are classified as follows:
❀+ Type A includes Persons appointed to the ranks of Procurator in the Supreme People's Procuracy, Senior Procurators, Senior Investigators, Senior Inspe🔴ctors, Senior Specialists, or the equivalent.
+ Type B includes Persons appointed to the ranks of I🌞ntermediate Procurators, Intermediate Investigators, Principal Inspectors, Principal Specialists, or the equivalent.
+ Type C includes Persons appointed to the ranks of Junior Procurators, Junior Investigators, Inspectors, Investigative Officers, ൲Specialists, or the equivalent.
+ Type D includes Persons a꧋ppointed to the ranks of clerical staff, officers, or the equivaleꦕnt.
- Based on the job position, officials a൩re classified as follow𒈔s:
+ Officials hold✅ing leadership, management positions.
+ Officials not holding🦄 leaders🦂hip, management positions.
The authority to recruit officials of the People's Procuracy, according to Article 9 of the Regulation issued with Decision 401/QD-VKSTC in 2021, is as follows:
- The Supreme People's Procuracy has the authority to recruit and allocate officials in the Procuracy sector. The High-level People's Procuracy, the Provincial-level People's Procuracy are del𒉰egated the authority to recruit🥀 officials as regulated by the Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Procuracy.
- The ♛Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Procuracy:
+ Establishes the Recruitment Council for officials of the Supreme People's Procuracy🌺, t🔯he Monitoring Committee for recruitment in the Procuracy sector;
+ Approves the results of recruitment exams or selections of the Supreme People's 🐼Procuracy, 💃High-level People's Procuracy, Provincial-level People's Procuracy for the Director of the Personnel Department, Director of High-level People's Procuracy, Director of Provincial-level People's Procuracy to decide on recruitment;
+ Decides on the re♐cruitment of officials forౠ units under the Supreme People's Procuracy;
+ Decides on the recruitment of officials not through exams, selections as stipulated in Section 4, Chapter III of the Regulation issued with Decision 401/QD-VKSTC in 2021;
+ Decides on the recruitment and allocation of ൩officials to work at Peop✨le's Procuracy at different levels when necessary.
- Director of the Personnel Department:
+ Implements the recruitment, decides on the recruitment of offic❀ials after the approval of the recruitment exam or selection results by the Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Procuracy;
+ Leads, cooperates with relevant units to organize recruitment exams for officials of the Supreme People's Pr♚ocuracy or subordinate Procuracie🦋s;
+ Evaluates, supervises the recruitment of officials in the Se𝕴ctor.
- Directors of High-level People's Procuracy, Provincial-level People's Procuracy have the authority to🅷:
+ Announce recruitment, organize reception, evaluate files, pre-select candidates for ex🐬ams, selections under their management;
+ Organize exams, select officials, and propose the Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Procuracy for approval of recruitment exam, 🦂selection results;
+ Decide on the recruitment of officials after approval of recruitment results by the Prosecutor General of the Supreme P🃏eople's Procuracy.
